4. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is required in advance for all hosting services.
• Prices are subject to change at any time, but existing customers will be notified 30 days in advance.
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through various methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment gateways. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

4.3 Refund Policy

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts.
• Refunds are not available for domain registrations, SSL certificates, or add-on services.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited communications.
• Malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm computer systems.
• Copyright or trademark infringement.
• Activities that violate the privacy rights of others.
• Resource abuse that negatively impacts server performance for other users.
• Bitcoin mining, cryptocurrency mining, or other resource-intensive activities without explicit permission.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content hosted on your account. GameWebHost does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

6.1 Uptime Guarantee

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. Planned maintenance will be scheduled during low-traffic periods with advance notice whenever possible.

6.2 Support

We provide 24/7 support through WhatsApp and email. Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.

7. Resource Usage

7.1 Fair Use

While we offer "unlimited" resources in some plans, usage must comply with fair use policies. Accounts using excessive resources that affect other customers may be suspended or terminated.

7.2 Backup Policy

We perform regular backups, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. GameWebHost is not liable for data loss.

8. Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension

We may suspend your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Payment is overdue.
• Your account poses a security risk.

8.2 Termination

We may terminate your account if:

• You repeatedly violate these Terms.
• You fail to pay outstanding fees after suspension.
• You engage in illegal activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks on the GameWebHost website are the property of GameWebHost India or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameWebHost India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GameWebHost India, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
