We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

Domain name registrations are non-refundable once the domain is registered. This is because domain registration fees are paid directly to domain registrars and cannot be recovered.

Renewal payments are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable to initial purchases within the 7-day money-back guarantee period.
Hosting accounts that have been active for more than 7 days are not eligible for refunds, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
You may cancel your hosting account at any time through your client area or by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.

If you request immediate cancellation, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 24-48 hours. We strongly recommend backing up all your data before requesting immediate cancellation.
If you request cancellation at the end of your billing period, your account will remain active until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining time, but you can continue using the service until the period ends.
Unless you cancel your account before the renewal date, your hosting service will automatically renew for another billing cycle. You will be charged the current renewal price for your plan.
Reminder: It is your responsibility to cancel your account before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue using our services. We will send renewal reminders via email, but we are not responsible if you fail to cancel in time.
